| Founded in 1990, TAIWAN YIZUO CO., LTD. is devoted to innovation and quality |
| improvement of vacuum sealing packaging machines. In recent years, YIZUO took the |
| lead in the field with its advanced design technology. Most of its products are supplied |
| to small shops, as well as other famous Taiwan-stock-listed companies, such as IUMC, |
| WINDBON, LEMEL, AUO, KYEC, TOPPOLY, GIGABYTE, etc. |

| In 1996, the company put in the market its new vacuum packaging machine of stainless |
| -steel, with ten programmers on micro-computer controller, in order to improve efficiency. |
| In 2001, it developed a series of vacuum packaging machines, more efficient model, with |
| 20 micro-computer sensors controller, which pack article precisely in degree of vacuum. |

| With 20 programmer sensors controller, these new machines can keep the products of |
| customers safe and of high quality, thus increasing customers' sales, and in turn, boosting |
| sales of YIZUO as well. Now YIZUO has exported to Canada, Hong Kong, Singapore, |
| and Mainland China, Whatever specification of cast parts and modules requested, its |
| products allow for manufacturing standardization. That are high in precision but low in |
| cost and maintenance. |
